Fiscal Policies & Procedures

Ken has been working with his colleagues on the City's Finance Committee and Newton Comptroller David Wilkinson to draft a set of written financial policies and procedures for the City. This document would put into place budgeting and accounting practices that would protect the City against many of the management problems that have plagued us in recent years.
