Crystal Lake Expansion

 

Ken led the successful effort for the City to acquire the Crystal Lake beachfront property at 20 Rogers St. using Community Preservation Act funds and initiated the process of acquiring 230 Lake Ave., which is currently pending before the Board of Aldermen.

Ken also helped Robert Fizek (who took the above picture) to organize the Better Crystal Lake advocacy group and currently serves as a member of the Crystal Lake Advisory Task Force, which is developing a master plan for the newly expanded public beach area.
